Inmagic Choices Browser

Use the Inmagic Choices Browser to browse and copy thesaurus terms when adding or editing records over the Web. The Inmagic Choices Browser shows terms from a thesaurus that is used as a validation list for a field. Select the desired term(s), and copy them into boxes on an edit screen. The list will include non-preferred terms; if a non-preferred term is selected, the preferred equivalent is copied into the edit box.

Scroll through the Choices List or type one or more characters in the Find box.
Select one or more items from the list, then click the appropriate button:
- Add. Copies the selected entry into the selected box on the screen. If the box already contains information, the entry is added as a new entry at the end of the field.
- Replace All. Replaces any content in the selected box on the edit screen with the selected entry.
To select multiple entries, use Ctrl+click and/or Shift+click in the Choices List, then click Add or Replace All, as appropriate.
Click Close to exit the Inmagic Choices Browser.
